Horrible customer service. The countertop installed on Dec 7 is clearly different colors, with one section yellow and one section white. I'm still attempting to get the situation resolved. They are aware my kitchen is still non functional and yet they continue to ignore my calls and attempts at resolution. It has been 2 MONTHS of aggravation, costing me hundreds of dollars having to buy prepared food bc they have held up the completion of my kitchen by refusing to address the situation. Worst choice to use this company.
Not happy with this Company right now. they messed up our counter top for our outdoor kitchen and promised to fix it with a back splash scheduled for this morning. and now as we are waiting for them to show up, they call to say they can't do it today. so we are left with no outdoor kitchen for the holiday weekend! I guess we won't be going back to them for the rentals that need new countertops. uggh. why can't people just do their job right!
