I don't get my clothes dry cleaned all that often, but I took some clothes in this past week and was so impressed. Simply put, these people are so incredibly nice - the owner personally asked me how I was doing and how my weekend was - and on top of that they did an excellent job. At the end of the day customer service is what keeps my business and they will be keeping mine for sure! Waco is lucky to have you guys!
Last minute I had to have 9 shirts cleaned & starched on Saturday. Took shirts to Patrick's Dry Cleaners Saturday AM & shirts were ready shortly after noon! Super friendly staff & a special thanks to Deronica. I highly recommend this dry cleaners!
I've used Patrick's Dry Cleaners since I moved to Waco and have always been satisfied with them, but they've twice now gone above and beyond for me, once with a really difficult cleaning job and once when I needed a last-minute rush on the items after I dropped them off. The owner himself called me to let me know when they were ready so I could catch my new flight in time without leaving anything behind. They've earned my loyalty for sure! Highly recommend.
