A.A. Paint was founded by Art and Priscilla Gonzales. Art began painting early on working for his eldest brother's painting company in San Bernardino, CA, in the late 1960's. After receiving his own contractor's licenses, Art and Priscilla formed their own company specializing in paint, drywall, and even audio/visual installations, focusing on tract homes in and around Orange County, CA. Art had years of experience as an on-the-job crew leader while Priscilla managed the office. Since then, A.A. Paint has fine tuned its skills to specialize in custom painting and staining finishes for new and custom homes, remodels, repaints, and refinishes.
We specialize in lacquer painting interior woodwork. Lacquer paint finishes can be custom colored and dries smooth and crisp so it looks good on cabinets, doors, and trim. We also perform general interior drywall painting. All painting can be completed on either new or existing surfaces. We also provide custom specialty painting finishes including faux, glaze-over-paint, gold and silver leafing, and "burn-through" distressing for a distressed aged effect. Color consultation and samples are provided to help you decide on your custom look.
