I would recommend Vernazza painting. They did a bang up job on our house and went above and beyond our expectations. They were prompt, polite, communicative and professional. Their work was very thorough and they cleaned up each day they were here, not just when they were finished. The older reviews mention trampled plants and a mess but we didn't see either. Plants were carefully draped and each day I saw them sweeping and cleaning up after themselves. They had me do a walk around when they were finished so I could see if they had missed anything.

Vernazza Painting just completed an outstanding exterior paint job on our home! From the detailed proposal to the finished paint job, Jim and his crew were professional and hard working. The foreman has worked with Vernazza for over 20 years! He and his crew did an extraordinary job prepping the house, since we had several areas with direct sun exposure that were peeling and cracking. We couldn't be happier with the results!

They worked on the exterior of our communal property about a couple years ago. They wrecked a lot of my plants around my unit before they started spraying. I even put potted plants away, covered and reinforced the ones that was rooted with burlap and wood. I'm still bitter about it when I go out to look at my patio. A couple years later some of the plants haven't recovered and reminds me when they wrecked havoc on my plants. They rush so much and it was even during pleasant weather. Take your business to someone more attentive.

Vernazza Painting just spent 7 weeks repainting our 28 townhomes in Aptos. They were reliable hard workers and it looks great. Jim Vernazza was very good about communicating and coming out to check on and work with the crew. They just completed our punch list and told us to call if anything was missed. We used them 7 years ago and will probably use them again in 7 or 8 years. We are very pleased with our results.
