Marcos and his company painted the exterior and interior of my Redwood Heights home several years ago and I have been raving about the wonderful job they ever since. I recommend them highly.
More recently, I needed some emergency caulking done when rain was predicted, and Marcos and his son came right over and took care of it.

Marcos and his team just finished painting my duplex and it looks beautiful. Marcos steered me away from a color that would have surely been a mistake, and the building looks elegant and clean. His crew was tidy, quick and friendly and unobtrusive on the days that I was working from home. They did a thorough prep job, including replacing some rotting pieces of deck (and they didn't charge extra!)
I am delighted with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them highly.

I am so happy with Royal Painting and the job they did on the exterior of my home. This is a family business it is clear that they care about the quality of the work. They did a very thorough prep job on my older house which is wood and has a lot of trim. I had a lot of peeling paint and layers and they were very meticulous with the scraping,sanding and patching and it shows in the result. They were very professional, arriving each day at 8 and working steadily through the day. They protected my plants and were careful not to get any paint or chips in my gardens. They cleaned up every day. Marcos gave me some advice about colors and trim and I appreciate having the benefit of his experience. I will definitely call them again when I need the interior of my house painted. And the price was right. I recommend them highly.

Marcos and his whole team did a fantastic job with our exterior paint. Their attention to detail especially on the fascia was impeccable. They fixed some areas on the roof, overhang and trim that needed attention, which meant when they painted it looked perfect. Which was amazing because it hadn't been painted in 15+years. For sure the paint job helped us sell at a premium.
In the course of the prep work his crew identified a major repair issue that had been covered up by past owners. Marcos found us a very reasonable carpenter to repair and finally fix the original problem and then got it looking seamless and beautiful.
In terms of the crew itself, all the guys were really respectful and professional. The crew is stable and they have worked together for a long time. Marcos is on site each workday to make sure his team is on track, and that the homeowner feels comfortable.
My husband and I were very happy with Royal Painting and Marcos. If we still lived in the East Bay, I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Royal Painting is a family owned business where the owner, his brothers, his nephew and son-in-law are painters who have worked together for years. Their painting skills are those of very experienced professionals. Their work ethic is to be commended. They are prompt in their arrival, departure time and very conscientious in their site cleanup routine at the end of the day. The owner, Marcos Hernandez, is very approachable, always available and responsive to the needs of the owner.
In May,2015, Royal painted the exterior of our many windowed, three story stucco house.
The work was excellent and we would highly recommend Royal Painting to anyone needed an excellent exterior/interior painting company

Royal Painting has done a few painting projects for us over the past few years at our home in Orinda and I couldn't recommend them more strongly! Consistent quotes, professional painters, great job each time and very trustworthy. I wish there were more stars, so I could rank them even higher.
