Hours are by appointment so feel free to call us at 907-529-1907 or e-mail info@ashbreezboatworks.com and we will be happy to discuss your boat project with you. Next Season Begins Now! Now is the time to address all those projects you have been putting off since last summer. Because we all have been using our boats, we have had things come up or go "bump in the night-or day." Or, we have discovered things we would like to change or add: a repower from inboard to outboard because we are just flat-out tired of trying to fix that pesky gas inboard as its engine hours climb into the 1600-1900 range (We've been there/done that with our own boat a couple of years ago.); a heater to keep warm on wet days, cool nights, or even to extend our season into the early Fall for late-season fishing, deer hunting, etc.; repairs to the hull, deck, etc. from wear and tear; new bottom paint; additions such as a shorepower system, a new fridge, modifications to the interior to make it "just right."

Work is continuing on multiple fronts on multiple boats in the shop. These pictures highlight the work on the Osprey 26, specifically the installation of the new decks, which the pictures highlight and are captioned.
A 2005 Orca Skagit arrived Friday morning for an inboard to outboard conversion, thawing over the weekend in the shop. Most of the 8 inches of snow was shoveled off outside.
About 10 days ago, a 1996 Osprey 26 arrived at the shop. The boat was purchased in New York by an Anchorage owner, who bought it with the plan to convert it from inboard to a single 350 Suzuki duoprop. Work on that conversion has begun. The owner will be shipping his motor and bracket from the...
