I am HIGHLY disappointed with the experience/ services AAA Paving has provided. What I thought was supposed to be a simple job, turned into more of a hassle than anything. From the beginning, there was a lack of communication in explaining the process and to prepare us for what to expect. It was understood that weather is a key factor in being able to complete the job, however; even under the circumstances of nice weather, we were made to feel that our job was not as significant - more than likely because it was not a very large job. Once the process began - from start to finish - it became apparent that this was a rush job. After coming home to what I thought would be a nice beautifully paved driveway, I instead found myself upset and disappointed. There were boot prints left from the workers indented into my new driveway, dents and uneven areas from where the material was not smoothed fully, and the dimensions were incorrect which in turn left a messy gravel boarder all the way around my driveway. A lot of the issues again came from a lack of communication. Between the person that gave the estimate, the people who prepped my driveway, and the people who came to actually pave the driveway - they were all different crews. Not one person came to confirm the dimensions with my husband or I during the whole process, with the exception of the original estimation, which resulted in many errors. After expressing our concerns to the company, they agreed to come and fix our driveway to our satisfaction.af ter all; we paid for services that were not rendered in full expectation. After allowing 2 weeks for resolution (10 days out of the 2 weeks that was nice weather and no rain), I called to follow up with why our issues had not been addressed/ resolved. This phone call is when I became the most shocked/ disappointed. After expressing my concerns and wanting resolution, Mr. Troy Ball became irate. I have never been talked to or yelled at in this manner EVER and it was appalling. I was told that it had been raining for 3 weeks, which was entirely untrue. Yes, it did rain off and on during a period, however; not a full 3 weeks and there were more nice days to allow time for their errors to be corrected. In fact, he became more irate when I called him out on that lie. I even went back and looked at the past weather reports to confirm to myself that I was not wrong or making invalid statements. At the end of the conversation, I decided that due to the way that Mr. Ball presented himself with such disrespect during the phone call as well as the amount of unprofessionali sm that was displayed in addition to the lack of communication throughout the whole process, I did not wish for such a company or person representing the company to return back to my home. The damage had already been done. We agreed for the company to refund me the cost of materials that were not used to complete the job accurately and call it an even wash. In the end, I remain disappointed due to the whole experience and do not consider it to be an even wash. I would never recommend this company. The disrespect that Mr. Ball portrayed towards me has left me completely disgusted and no one (regardless of the circumstances) should be talked to that way by a so-called businessman.
