These are my go-to gutter people and always do an amazing job. They are super responsive and the entire transaction is simple and efficient. We typically have them come out 3x/year or so to clean our gutters (our house is too tall for us to do it ourselves). Highly recommend!!

I normally hire a off-duty fireman to clean my gutters but he just had his knees replaced. Guaranteed gutters charged a little more but I feel they did an excellent job and noted some repairs that were needed which they did promptly. I am not sure my regular cleaner would have noticed the needed repairs.

I would consider hiring them again.

Fast and professional service. The gutter cleaning process will not only clean and unclog your gutters but will find any damages, wear and tear of your gutters and roof. Having someone to take pictures and explain what they can do to repair and replace the wear and tear they found was helpful and thoughtful. Finding the problems before they cause any real damage was appreciated as most gutter cleaners only clean out the gutters and go. The staff was responsible and courteous.
I will see you in the spring.

This was the first time we used Guaranteed Gutters and we will continue to use them! Communication was the best. They gave me a 10-day window for my appointment and let me know the night before. I did not have to be there which was great so I didn't have to take off work. They cleaned our gutters and assessed anything that might need repairs. When they were done they sent me pictures of everything that needed to be fixed and then someone called me to discuss the repairs. Once I agreed they were able to send someone out the same day to do the repairs.

In addition I noticed a couple holes 2 weeks after Guaranteed Gutters was here and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. No questions asked. They made the process so easy and it is just one less thing I have to worry about!

We recently moved into a house in Portage Park and our roofers said the gutters need cleaning. We already knew this since plants were growing out of the gutters.

I requested quotes from multiple companies. Guaranteed Gutters were the first ones to respond. They were professional and provided a good price. They completed the job within a day and sent me photos of the before and after.

They are excellent. I will use them every year and I totally appreciate the fact that they pointed out an issue with one of the gutters.
They also pointed out the fact that the spigot on the side of the house is leaking and we probably want to address that before winter. Guaranteed Gutters were very quick and professional. So thank you for going above and beyond you are awesome and I will recommend you.

Guaranteed Gutters did a great job of repairing our leaking garage gutter. Tim gave us a quote over the phone, and then promptly came out to do the work. We've had no leaking since, and my husband & I are very happy we chose Guaranteed Gutters. We'll definitely use Tim and his crew for future jobs. Online billing & payment was a plus too, made the whole process even easier!

Tim and his team at Guaranteed Gutters are great! After buying an outdated, old house we had Tim come out to assess the gutters on the garage as well as just give the whole house a look to see what needed to be repaired. He did a full inspection and offered to repair our current garage gutters rather than just saying we needed to replace them (which we knew we'd have to do). We opted to go with the full list of repairs Tim suggested. It hasn't rained yet but I'm actually looking forward to it so that I don't have to step in a big puddle by my garage caused by a bad gutter that we had previously.
