Bostad is proud to offer investment property related services in the Duluth-Superior and surrounding areas. Bostad was founded in May 2011 to manage rental properties owned by its founding members. Building upon it's success the following year Bostad began offering property management services to other small to medium sized investment property owners. Wanting to offer a full service property management experience, Bostad began offering property maintenance/handyman services in 2012. Responding to customer demand the following year Bostad started offering home remodeling services.
