Hello, my name is David Henderson and I am the owner and operator of Henderson's Home Improvement LLC. I came to Columbia Missouri to further my education after serving honorably as a medic in the Navy. I achieved my degree in psychology from the University of Missouri as a result while working my way through college as a handy-man. I have painted professionally for both the University of Missouri-Columbia and Stephens College, worked as a professional handyman/maintenance man for several years for a large rental complex and have owned and maintained my own rental property as well.
Remodel Existing Bathroom includes preparing plans and obtaining permits as required, permit fee cost not included. Tear out existing bathroom fixtures and non-ceramic floor, wall and ceiling coverings. Re-plumb drain hookup and supply cutoffs at each fixture location to accommodate new fixture. Install fixtures chosen by client, including all fittings, fiberglass tub, and two-piece toilet as per the clients choice, and lavatory set with or without vanity base and top and splash. Switch and light over lavatory.
Remodel existing Kitchen. Prepare and obtain permit as necessary, permit fee cost not included in bid. Tear out existing kitchen cabinets, counter-tops, sink, floor covering, stove and refrigerator and remove to outside. Repair minor drywall damage or replace as necessary. Furnish and install wall and base cabinets with drawer and door hardware, including sink base. Install laminate counter-tops with 4 back-splash and sink cutout. Install sink and faucet that is chosen by the client. Replace switches and lights in existing locations as necessary.
