Jerome's Furniture began as the dream of Jim and Esther Navarra. Wanting everyone to feel welcome was a priority when they opened their first furniture store over 65 years ago. If you weren't on a first-name basis when you walked in, you would be by the time you left! Jerome's is still owned and operated by the Navarra family. Jerry and Ann Navarra joined the business in the early 1970's, and the 900-employee company features six Navarra family members, three of whom are third-generation retailers.

I’m my opinion I’ve never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life. My wife and I bought a couch that was 3k and considered custom made. This was delivered in July 2021 and it is now almost NYE and Jerome’s had the audacity to come back to us and tell us that this is essentially not our problem anymore.
The couch came dirty and the pieces did not fit correctly. I told them my concerns and they sent a third party company to inspect and clean our couch. The consultant came and said that it appears the sofa piece of my sectional couch appears to be the issue. I told Jerome’s this and they sent me the middle connecting piece. I denied this piece and told them if they think it is that piece then by all means feel free to send someone to inspect my couch again. The new inspector came out and said I suggest that Jerome’s makes you a whole new couch and they would contact me within 48 hrs. I did not hear back for two weeks. Once I heard back they said that they are reviewing my case and will get back to me after Christmas. I followed up with them on 12/30 and they responded with this is a custom made couch and it pretty much it what it is and no repairs are necessary. I disagreed.
It is not worth the hassle to deal with this company, if your furniture comes with problems good luck getting it fixed. In my opinion, Jerome’s does not care about their customers or the quality of their products.

The furniture we bought was advertised on the website and in the store as having gel beads in the back cushions. After only two months the cushions have started breaking down… We called to file a warranty claim and when the technician came out we were informed that there were no gel beads. We contacted customer service and after a month and a half of dealing with customer service… They are refusing to make this right. They also have not corrected the website or their in-store advertisement even though they have admitted that it is incorrect and the furniture does not come with gel beads. We will never buy from Jerome's again!!!

I purchased a Couch and two Recliners . Delivery was very good. Prices are good. So far we are enjoying our furniture....
