Jonathan Hosack started Lacknothing Services as a full-service remodeling and handyman business in 2007 as an outgrowth of doing fix and flip investment properties. Prior to 2007 when we first started with the fix and flips, we could have made more working at McDonalds. We ended up with great looking homes but very little profit due to a variety of factors including property locations, over-improving properties, and dealing with unexpected surprises (and subcontractors). We began managing single family and multi-family properties as a Springfield MO property management company for investors in 2008 (and still manage for these same investments 10 years later!).

Exterior remodeling is something that can easily be overlooked by many Springfield MO property management companies. As soon as you walk into to your house, it's easy to forget what the exterior of the house looks like, especially on those rainy days. But now that you're putting your foot down, lets get some work done. Lacknothing services loves working on exterior remodeling projects, it's just another opportunity to show what we do best, amazing our customers. Now, it's probably the back door that needs a major fix, a new screen door, or even a major draft coming from beneath.
