We bought a freeze/ thaw chamber from Humboldt. It was finally delivered yesterday, near 3 months later than what promised the first day. Right before we paid $30,000 to them, they had been always responding so quickly! I don't know what this means. We have never experienced anything like that with any other manufacturers or companies we deal with on a regular basis. We are still waiting to hear from them regarding our questions for installation. They always have excuses for their delays in delivery or email communications, etc. which makes no sense as it's not professional. The only thing I can do as a favor is to write a review here and rate them, so hopefully they get better in future, if they care at all! I wished I could have given them zero star to be able to submit my review but it is not possible apparently.
