Our air conditioner stopped working late last night. My husband called at 7 am this morning to have a technician come out and possibly fix it. By 8:45 am a technician was here and it was fixed by 9 am. The technician was friendly and resourceful. He did a great job at helping us to understand what went wrong. Thankful it was a quick easy fix with having 90 degree weather right now. The price was very reasonable! Definitely would recommend and will continue to use in the future.
I called around 7:30 this morning because our A/C wasn’t working and the house was already hot. The receptionist took my info and said someone would call me back but warned me that they had a lot of calls this morning. She called back shortly after and said someone was on the way. The gentleman came and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and was on his way! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Came home from work on a Friday evening cold house. Furnace not functioning properly. Answering service communicated my problem clearly to technician. Adam arrived within half hour of call and explained in detail what caused malfunction. Provided excellent service and replaced part and made sure furnace continued to operate properly before leaving. Prompt, courteous and reasonable rates. Highly recommend.
You could not ask for a better, more knowledgeable, and caring group of folks. I had two separate companies come out to take a look at my ground source heat pump and after a 3rd no showed I gave Hopewell a call. (In hindsight I should have called them first) Not only did they have Kevin come out that same day I was no showed by a competitor but they worked with me not only in properly diagnosing the problem but also in getting me up and running. While everyone else simply want to change out parts, Kevin took the time and effort to find the cause of my headache and make it right. Each step of the way he was mindful of both my budget and my existing equipment. As an architect I deal with a lot of contractors on a regular basis and I could not recommend a better HVAC company.
