Building Materials Outlet is a family-owned business that has been successful in liquidating and selling building materials for over 40 years. We now have three locations in the United States - Eagan, Minnesota, Pensacola, Florida, and Phoenix, Arizona. Our 80,000 square foot warehouse contains a vast selection of cabinetry, granite and quartz countertops, laminate, engineered, and hardwood flooring, moldings, sinks, windows, doors and so much more! A favorite of Arizona contractors and local DIY-ers, we've earned the nickname "The Handyman's Candy Store."

Many building supply manufacturers throughout the country have to eliminate discontinued and overrun building materials - perfectly good for your project, but a hassle to warehouse and sell. We carry an abundant inventory of our two most popular lines of cabinets from Smart Cabinetry. Smart Cabinetry has been keeping us fully stocked on the most common and needed sizes of cabinets for over seven years! From house flippers, to rental owners, or even needing cabinets to stay under your budget, both lines of in-stock cabinets are priced much lower than any big box stores, and one of the best values in town. We have many different cabinets finishes, styles, and options to choose from that you can have made to your order in as little as two weeks.

If the standard sizes are not for your project, don't worry, we also have many full size slabs available in granite and quartz. Our solid surface quartz comes in 120″ X 55″ slabs and 130″ X 65″ Jumbo slabs, and is often priced well below retail cost! Our inventory moves through quickly at these prices so stop by and get yours claimed today, but don't worry, we will always have more material on its way. Our granite comes from a local importer who is also a long time vendor of ours, so we eliminate the middle man and fabricator mark-ups on all our materials.

Many well-known window manufacturers bring us their misorder and canceled order windows. There are so many different sizes and styles available that it's difficult to keep an accurate inventory on what's available right now. We encourage you to bring in a tape measure and have some spare time to see all of what is available. Of course our staff can help you dig out your bargain window and assist you in loading.

We can order many different sizes and styles of tile from local vendors and get it to you within just a few days. By getting it direct from the importers we help you avoid all the "middle man" charges and fees. There are several different vendors that bring in many types of exterior doors to us. The inventory is constantly changing due to the fact that all of our doors are on consignment, and are returns, exchanges, mis-orders, or overruns from the manufacturer. We do not keep a running inventory list (that is up to the vendor), so you must come in to see what we have here today. Our vendors bring us sliding doors for the patio, french doors, dutch-doors, single lite, and many more varieties. Prices are well below retail.
