Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is grateful for the goodwill of our community, knowing Arizonans have a choice of where to bring their used clothing, household goods, and furniture. Without your generosity, we couldn't do what we do. We're proud of the fact that our career services provide digital skills training, career assessment, and more and are available to everyone at no-cost, all thanks to your goodwill. Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is deeply rooted in the local community and positively impacts Arizonans every day.
I was at Goodwill today at the 7th Ave and Bell location. I was toward the back of the store when the cashier requested a reprint label and a delete at a register. A few minutes pass and she again requests for the same thing. Still nothing and a few minutes later she requests again and suddenly I hear a shout "Hold Your Horses!" In a not so nice tone. The manager finally made his way to the front of the store to take care of customers needs. It was very unprofessional and for him to shout like that in an aggravated tone when clearly the poor cashier was within her right to keep requesting was ridiculous. How in the world do you have a person like that be manager of a store is beyond me. Customers should not have to hear or witness this kind of behavior.
Prices are way too high! These items are donated and not in the best of conditions either. Finding new items at the same cost or for less even is so easy these days, especially wit so many discount stores.
Goodwill is becoming "Greedwill". Besides the stupid new color discount system you need to put the 20 percent off coupon back down to spending $10 or.
