Ultraviolet light air duct cleaning
Our Purification System is installed within your central heating and cooling system, allowing all of the air in your home to circulate through it. As the air passes through the system, it is cleaned and sterilized by the powerful UV rays, ensuring that every corner of your home receives sterilized air. With our Purification System, you can enjoy clean and fresh air throughout your entire home.
Mold Remediation
We are VSM, Certified Ventilation System Mold Remediators, and use an exclusive combination of Natural Sanitizer Product based on the ingredient as Listerine to kill the mold and spores that circulate in the air in your house. We also use an exclusive Hot Steam Vapor Jet Process with sophisticated equipment that does all the heavy cleaning of removing the mold colonies as well as disinfecting.
Dryer Vent Cleaning Service
From cleaning to inspections, and repairs to new dryer vents -you just found the experts that homeowners and property managers go to when the job requires a qualified professional. Not everyone does a good job, so keep in mind that an improperly cleaned dryer vent may become worse and even more clogged than before thus causing overheating which is fire hazardous. If you want to hire the true qualified professionals that get the job done properly and you are looking for a fair price- not the very cheapest you can find, then Airwiz is the right company for you!
Air Ducts Cleaning
At AirWiz air duct cleaning service we try harder than all others duct cleaners in MD DC VA area, we take more time on the job to clean deep inside the duct system even where the others will not care to clean. Keep in mind that anyone can promise to clean your air ducts. But many companies are out to cheat with phony, bait & switch specials for a less than thorough, shoddy job that makes the air quality in your house worse than before the cleaning.
Inspect, Diagnose & Repair - Dryer Vent Cleaning
At AirWiz, we follow a thorough process to inspect, diagnose, and repair any issues with your dryer vent, ensuring that it is safe and up to code. To simplify the technical codes and guidelines for homeowners, we use the IRC and IMC codes in addition to the best practices recommended by manufacturers for inspecting dryer vents.

Everything went smoothly, efficiently and pleasantly. It was very clear what to expect and they did an absolutely thorough job of removing the years and years of built up dust and dirt in our system. They showed before and after photos to verify the work and in a very short amount of time cleaned up and left the surroundings exactly as they found them. I couldn't be happier---Highly recommended!

So glad we worked with AirWiz. Professional from start to finish. They got me a quote within 24 hours of contacting them and scheduled the service just about a week later. The price quoted was the exact price I paid. The techs who came to the house were professional and personable. They did a fantastic job and explained each step of the process to me. I can already tell that my vents and returns are functioning better. Highly recommend

We had our air ducts and dryer ducts cleaned for the first time. Amanda, their customer service agent was very quick to respond, responsive, and informative. She made the process of scheduling very easy. They called me when they were on their way to let me know what time they would arrive. They arrived on time and we're wearing masks and wore shoe booties. They did a great job working around our house with our 3 kids home and my husband working from home. Would highly recommend.

Over time we noticed increasing dust on EVERYTHING, dusty duct odors and nasal congestion and sneezing. Since our cats had recently passed and we had not had the ducts cleaned in a long time we did some research and called AirWhiz. They charge by the main trunk duct and the vents it feeds, they went through the house systematically as well as the furnace fan. The guys were pleasant and effIcient, with no clutter after moving furniture and no dust or odors.
They show the before and after cleaning via fiber optic video, pretty clean! They made an offer to deodorize the ducts, which we passed on, however we did accept the offer to clean the dryer vent. Since the cleaning the air is obviously clearer and our congestion has pretty much resolved. The price seemed reasonable for the results obtained, we would call on AirWhiz for future needs.

The technicians were very professional, polite, clean and very thorough. We also had the sanitizing service done and liked the fact that no harsh chemicals were used. I think they use thyme oil. I think it's a good idea to have one's vents cleaned every few years. It had been 10 years since our last vent cleaning and AirWiz was great. The price was exactly as quoted.

AirWiz responded to the request for a quote I submitted online very quickly and came out within a week, well within the appointment window I was given. The crew was very professional. We encountered an issue with the work they came out to do and they knew how to handle it and were able to do what they could without causing damage to our home. Impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them!

We are very happy with AirWiz services. Our house was long overdue for the air duct cleaning. AirWiz team was very polite and efficient in solving this - air quality is so much better now. They explained everything, showed dust accumulations and spent several hours getting it out of the air ducts. We decided to go ahead with additional sanitation service and loved the results.

Completely satisfied with the overall duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning service provided. The three gentlemen were courteous (wore booties and masks throughout), communicated on what they were doing and what they were finding. The job was completed in the time needed to do it properly, it was not rushed and they even fixed the dryer hose and a loose lint trap in the dryer, adding a new screw. It had all the hallmarks of good old fashioned customer service. Thank you!

We had a good experience with Air Wiz recently. All staff came on time and were very polite. They firstly checked every place and explained what they would do. The cleaning process was professional and friendly. When they found some concerned points, they let us know and addressed the concerns very well. They helped me fix our heater and the technicians are professional and friendly. When they finished the work, they cleaned every place and carefully kept everything well. We are satisfied with their work.

I had Angel and his crew come clean and check our dryer vent. He was thorough and checked everything and had the crew move the van so they could run the cord outside the house to the vent off our deck. Angel checked to make sure the hook up was secure (it had been a while since that was checked as the previous crew last time did not check the connection saying with a flashlight leaning over the dryer it was fine).
They called to tell me they were 25 minutes away and completed the cleaning in about 40 minutes. I will continue using Airwiz for dryer vent cleaning. They are better than the two previous companies I utilized before I discovered them a few years ago. Great company and good customer service from start to finish.

I cannot say enough how positive my experience was. From setting the appointment to the completion of the job, everyone was responsive and professional. The 2 gentlemen that came out were polite and on time. Everything was reviewed and explained before they began work and they showed before and after pictures. This was hands down a better experience from the last company that I used. They charged a fair rate with no surprise up charges. I will reach out again the next time my ducts need servicing.

AirWiz was wonderful. From first contact they were easy to work with and professional. They sent a reminder about my appointment days in advance, and called, left voice mail and texted to make sure I knew when the crew would arrive within their time window as they made their way on the day of service. They were friendly polite and helpful while in our home, being mindful of our newborn and cat. They even found and fixed an issue with our dryer vent!
Before work they explained the process, and walked us through what they found with photos at the end. Of all the work being done on our house as we move in, our experience with AirWiz has been one of the best- and at a really reasonable rate! I will be recommending them to anyone who thinks they need duct and vent cleaning. Thank you, Alex and team!

Performed dryer vent cleaning with long tube able to reach dryer from outside through several bends, twists and turns of the vent tubing. Showed me pictures of inside of vent tubing with scope after cleaning which looked good. I also added on chimney cleaning since it hadn't been done in a while. Technician told me about loose damper which will need to be tightened. Technicians were very professional arriving on time after calling ahead of time. I'd definitely recommend this service.

AirWiz did a wonderful job with the duct cleaning, and we were a 100% satisfied with their work. They're BBB A rated for a reason, and after my experience with them, I totally agree with the other 5 star reviews. Amanda is so nice and friendly, she explained all their service options and scheduled the appointment for us. Alex and Lester arrived ahead of time, answered our questions, cleaned and sanitized every single vent and all the ducts in our house.
They went above and beyond to address all our concerns. They even helped with some other AC issues. It's been a few days after the duct cleaning, and we can really feel the difference in our indoor air. It really works, and you can't go wrong with AirWiz! Definitely choose the botanical sanitizing option, the house smells like rosemary and sage after that :
