Amazing experience! Staton has some of the best customer service ever. I was not expecting such a fast turn around and I was very impressed! I ordered a new AC/Heat pump from them yesterday and by 8:30 am this morning they knocked on my door to install it! Everyone is so pleasant and hard working! You will not be disappointed if you use there services!

takes initiative for the customer; we actually had a pretty big (and expensive) problem w a 2 yr old heat pump and Staton really came thru with helping us for the bare minimal cost. Would definitely recommend.

Technicians were on time, worked hard and very courteous to me (and my two big dogs) while in my home. Also very knowledgeable. Also, the girl working to schedule appointments etc, Eda?, was able to get me in ASAP and she was very thorough. I would recommend staton to my friends and family. Five stars!

The tech helped me with selection of new unit to replace a very old one. All my questions were answered and explained completely. He made sure I understood my options and what they meant vs cost. The installation occurred as planned and the team was professional, polite and did everything as agreed. I am very happy with my new HVAC unit, the installation and the whole project.

Staton has serviced my system for 17 yrs. Two yrs ago I had my complete system replaced. From the clerical staff, installation, and service they are the best. I know because that's what I did for 35 yrs. I know the best when I observe their work ethic.The Service Manager Daniel is the best I have ever had the pleasure to know and never have to worry if it was done correctly.
