DO NOT use this company. They overcharge for everything and the customer service is sub par at best. After getting a completely new system installed.

A service call is more of a sales call. I was told our 12 year old Rheem system is old and needs to be replaced. From what I determined and has been my experience, a unit should last at least 18 and 20 years. No service was performed, only checking of levels. I went ahead and bought the coil cleaner on amazon, took the unit apart and cleaned the coils inside and out and replaced an oxidized wire. System runs cooler and quieter, lets see how many more years we get.
