I called to get set up with a service contract and instead I got an education on why you don’t need one. Lee taught me the steps I need to take to service my system each month. We’re blessed to have a business owner that puts the needs and well being of his clients first. Lee and Lisa are true godsends!! Our house is only 5 years old and my upstairs AC handler was on the fritz! After it freezing up twice, Lee came out for a second opinion and replaced the part on a Sunday for a very reasonable price! It's been a week and not another issue since. We were told by another company that we had mold in the handler downstairs and that we needed a filtration system at $3000 per unit! Lee found the issues we were having and cleaned up the mess around the handler and fixed my duct work that was disconnected and has literally saved me thousands!!!! I'm excited to see the change in my electric bill!! I will never call anyone else again for our AC issues! Thanks again so so much!!

I can not say enough good things about this humble family company!!!! They answered my messages at 10pm when my ac went out and trouble shooter with my husband. The next morning they were out and fixed my problem within 5 mins! Polite, knowledgeable, and price was perfect!!!! If you’re ac is causing problems you better call Knights!!!

This place is without a doubt the best. Our A/C went out and they came out that day to service. The blower motor went out and since our system was 15 years old, we decided to replace it. It took a while due to two issues: 1) Knights introduced us to the PACE program, which allows you to defer your payment to your tax bill. This is a government program so it takes a while to get the paperwork done. 2) When you are good people want you, when you are great, people demand you. These guys are great. They came out on install day. This just so happened to coincide with our neighbors replacing their system as well. The neighbors team showed up an hour before with 3 techs to install their system. Lee and Arron showed up an hour later at our place. They installed our system, removed our old system, cleaned,adjusted and sealed all our duct work and vents and had our system up and running in exactly 3 hours. The team across the street was still hard at work when Lee and Arron left. And WHAT a great job.
This is a small company with the personal touch missing in many of the large A/C companies. We are 100% satisfied with the service and performance of our new HVAC system. Please give these guys a call and you won't regret it.
