Mull & Weithman Architects was established in January 1998 by Joe Weithman and Bradley Mull and has been in business for 20+ years. The two principals have a combined 60 years of experience designing Municipal Facilities, Police and Fire Stations, Offices, Libraries, Educational Facilities, Laboratories, Religious Facilities and Residential projects. Our office is centrally located in Columbus, which will ensure a quick response for projects across the state. We believe that communication is paramount to the success of each project and that good communication begins with the "Art of Listening".

Schiller Park and Goodale Park are the two oldest parks in Columbus and are located at the heart of each of their historic neighborhoods. Schiller Park, located in German Village, is approximately twenty three acres and offers a range of recreational activities including walking trails, fishing, basketball and floral displays. Schiller Park is also home. The Front Porch Renovation includes investigating the source of rising damp, identifying the original quarry for the sandstone, documenting existing conditions and detailing the new work to blend with the existing.

SITE & LAND ANALYSIS - including environmental studies required by state & local law, geotechnical, building positioning, traffic, recommendations for any required mitigation, and other studies as necessary. Provide all services required to design, specify & coordinate site design, including grading, utilities, parking lots, roads, driveways, hardscape, landscape, and lighting. BUDGET - be financially responsible to the goals of our clients by developing overall accurate budgets, including hard & soft costs and reduce the overall cost of construction.
