I had a great experience with this AC company! From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, efficient, and friendly. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and worked quickly without cutting any corners. It's not always easy to find a company that combines professionalism with such a positive attitude, but they truly delivered. I felt comfortable and confident in their work the entire time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy AC service! Ed and his men are simply the best!

My landlord had Hinton AC contact us for a yearly checkup on the air conditioning unit for our rental. They were ultra aggressive in trying to get us to schedule, so we made an appointment for today between 11:30 and 12:30. They said they would call when they were on the way. 12:30 rolls around, and we try calling them to see if they were still going to make it. The phone went unanswered. We tried a Facebook message, that went unanswered, too.
Our experience has left us annoyed, and I don't think I am going to go out of my way to call them again. I guess this is slightly better than last year, because when I called them to schedule last year, they never even called me back to make an appointment. I suppose if you like waiting at home all day for this company to keep an appointment, or enjoy being called daily until you make an appointment, or love when a company doesn't return phone calls, Hinton AC is your best bet.

We would recommend Hinton AC to anyone looking for fast, professional and friendly service. I met Ed Hinton about 5 years back and since then I've had them out to our home here and there for an AC cleaning or coolant boost, but recently our 13 year old AC system JUST stopped cooling - and it was like 100 degrees outside! I called Ed and in no time, we were back to 70 degrees inside and loving life again! Thank you Ed and the whole Hinton AC team!

Ed at Hinton AC is EXCELLENT!!! Besides being very knowledgeable, he showed commitment to the customer (that being me) to ensure a win-win business relationship. If Ed hadn't taken the extra few minutes to check my heating system to discover a major crack in the heat exchange, there would have been a major negative impact to the health of my family. Because of his extra efforts and care, we decided to move forward with replacement of not only the heating but A/C system as well. It is a pleasure for me to write this review and hope you value him as much as other customers I'm sure have done.

Hinton Air Conditioning are real good and fast. They showed up on time, were very professional and completed on time and schedule. They definitely know what they are doing. I would recommend this company to others. They even took care of some other issues that my previous AC company had neglected. They did a Great job!
