I had the Gutter Topper and Hot Topper installed on my house 1 year ago. This past fall my gutters still became clogged with leaves and I had to have the installer come out and clean them out. Then we had our first significant snow of the season yesterday and the Hot Topper would not turn on to melt the snow. I am very disappointed in the performance of these products especially considering the amount of money I spent to have it installed. I would not recommend these products.
