Neighborworks Rochester

NeighborWorks Community Partners Rochester is a catalyst for building and strengthening communities. This means that no matter where you are in your homeownership journey, we can help guide you through the process. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, or are already a homeowner, we offer financial education, post-purchase education, low-interest lending, home repair and rehab programs, lead paint testing, home energy audits, and more! Initially founded in 1981, the former NeighborWorks Rochester was a NeighborWorks Chartered Member that offered services to a wide spectrum of the community, including existing and potential homeowners, tenants and landlords in the City of Rochester.

Meetings are currently by appointment only, but we're still here for you, neighbor! We now offer 1-to-1 financial counseling appointments via phone or video chat.
