I have been a customer for a couple of years. Started our experience with the outdoor kitchen. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable of products and helped with getting the best products for our needs at a cost-effective benefit. Afterwards, we started using this company for our propane needs. As we own our own propane tank, we are able to shop around for prices. The manager of this department has been able to give us the best price in the county as well as superior service when we call. Now it is just a pleasure to drop in and see the beautiful showroom with all your patio needs from furnishings, to accessories! LOVE THE outdoor PILLOWS. It's all about customer service. Its unfortunate that we will not be giving these people our business. While we had two helpful people, one extremely rude employee continued to interrupt the employee trying to help us. No excuse me, in fact, she did not even acknowledge at all that the other employee was helping us. And instead of the employee helping us excusing herself, she just ignored the fact that she was with us to deal with this other employee's person on the phone. finally after the rude employee came back I think the third time, the woman helping us said she'd call the customer on the phone back. My husband stopped me from just walking out the first time she did it, but she came back at least twice after! Wanted to give the business to a local company, but we will be going elsewhere. Just moved into a new place and this easily could have been a sale now and a sale in the summer for new patio furniture.
