Any construction project you plan to tackle should be fun. At Randy Jeffcoat Builders, Inc. we strive to make your construction process comfortable and enjoyable. We understand that every client is different and each home is unique. We take the time to listen to your wants and desires so we can make your dreams come true. All clients receive a critical path schedule which charts the progress of construction on a weekly basis. Critical path scheduling helps our project managers, trades and suppliers to properly schedule material orders and labor allocation in order to meet your set move in date.
Design-Build is the hottest method of building today in which both the design and construction are contracted and controlled from one custom home builder - The Jeffcoat Team. Design-Build streamlines project delivery through a single contract between the owner and the custom home builders. Once the Design Agreement is signed and the initial payment made, the Design phase begins. During this phase, rough sketched floor plans and elevations are drawn and submitted to the client for approval. Our goal is to show you how the project will affect the homes functionality (the floor plans) and what it will look like (the elevations).

We chose the Jeffcoats after meeting with Rhett, he was professional and their work was amazing, and they are a family company. We lived in New England and had to rely on them completely, they supplied us with a designer to work with us and it was the absolute BEST experience we have ever had, every part of the process was incredible. They were completely trustworthy, available, professional, on time, on budget! The house is the house of our dreams and I would do it all over again with this team! We are over the moon with our home, the quality is supreme and the follow through now that we are moved in is just as quick and professional as the first day we met this team. I would never hesitate to have them build you your home!!

Jeffcoat Builders exceeded our expectations in every facet of our building experience. Our custom home was completed on time and on budget while the Jeffcoat team worked very closely with us in making smart decisions that would add value to our home while not breaking the bank. This was a long distance project for us and we only saw the house twice while under construction. Prior to the completion, our last visit was at framing. Not only was everything completed to our specifications, but in many areas where we did not focus a lot of our attention, there were delightful little surprises that exceeded our expectations. The team is awesome. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and pleasant and eager to help us create our dream home. We got it - our dream home - and it is absolute perfection!
