We purchased VG150 Wood stove the salesman told us it would heat up to 1500sqft and it doesn't heat our first floor. We now have to use this waste as our secondary heat source instead of our first because we had purchase a propane tank and furnace. Very disappointed as we are trying to live off grid. Called customer service several times and continue to have NO call backs! The fire bricks that came with the stove broke and the stove never gets hot enough for them to crack. Very very disappointed!
I just installed their ponderosa wood w to replace my old stove. Our house is 1800sq ft and this is supposed to heat 3,000sq feet. My basement where the stove is used to stay around 70-80, with this new stove I cannot get it above 60F, my upstairs in the 50sF.Any suggestions or thoughts? I'm at the point that I want to return the stove
