We were in a stressful situation on New Years night when we lost our heat in our home. David responded to our call for help early on the 2nd. Said he would be at our home at noon & he promptly arrived at that hour. He immediately went to work, diagnosed our problem & made the repair. His charge was most reasonable for a holiday weekend. We will be forever grateful to David. Wonderful young man who got our heat up & going on a morning where the temp was in the 20s. We give thanks for Abundant Air & David.

We had a new heat pump unit installed by another company and it never worked properly. could not get hold of the tech, so we called Abundant Air and their tech Dave Rayes came out the next day and found that the evaporator was not the proper one for our system. He had one in stock and had it fixed and running the same evening. He said that the compressor was not working very efficiently and if it did not work properly he had one in stock and would come back and change out the compressor also. Turns out the compressor had been damaged by the previous equipment mismatch so Dave brought the new compressor (American Standard) out and had us back up and running and with a 10 year warranty within 45 minutes...NOW THAT IS SERVICE.
They found the problems in 1 visit that our previous tech company did not find in over 6 months and multiple service calls. These guys are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and know what they are doing and how to treat their customers. They now have a new customer and trust them to fix any hvac issue properly. GREAT JOB GUYS.

Yes, the tech came and I am sorry he was an idiot! My wife as not at all impressed with how many times he left the house to call someone. Then when i had another company come out for a second opinion, I found the door to the Accu-Clean air filter not closed and taped shut! If he was having problems he SHOULD HAVE ASKED!!! Dont just bang on it for 10 minutes, then tape it shut and not tell me about it!
The other companys tech says your tech Casey ruined the Accu-Clean filter...that is a $1600.00 unit!!! Your company is fired!! You will figure out how you are going to repair/replace the Accu-Clean filter and I want my service fee refunded!!

Fantastic service. After the service call and estimate to replace they gave me time to get some comparisons. Competitor #1 was 34% more and competitor #2 was 58% more and yes they all quoted the same sized condenser and air handler with all materials included. Abundant Air was prompt, courteous, patient with my questions, showed me their findings, and were all around pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done. Talk to them first, get other quotes, and then know you are being well taken care of.

Amazing Service! So Fast, friendly, and the level of professionalism I experienced was a breath of fresh Air! As a realtor, I am constantly under the gun and have to turn out AC inspections pretty quickly for customers. I called them out and the same day they were there within a couple hours and really helped me out of a jam. We closed the following day and my clients were thrilled! Me and my family are the best example of the great service this company does! I will advise anyone to use them. Their service, customer relation and help are some of the qualities this company did today. I was left out by the warranty company I have (Choice Home Warranty) and Bill went the extra mile to help us with the approval of Mr. Wayne. I also have to say that Bill had a great help from Levi! Excellent team!! I endorse this company to any one who wants to use their services. They work not only in Air-conditioning systems but also repair all home appliances!
