It all started in 1974, when Arden Wendt then owner of Ellison Electric Supply wanted to offer a new service to electrical contractors and builders. Galaxy Lighting, the retail lighting showroom, was a perfect extension to the wholesale electrical supply house. Further expansion came in 1977 when a second retail location was opened in Oshkosh, that location proudly served the Oshkosh and Fox Valley areas for over 25 years.
