Situated on a secluded wooded lot in Wayzata, Minnesota, this new construction project is adorned throughout with mature tones and colors, sophisticated furnishings, and bold lighting fixtures. This new construction project in Edina, Minnesota gives the initial impression of a modern take on an Italian villa when first glancing at the exterior. But on the inside, the contrast couldn't be more significant as you step into a world of Hollywood regency and glamour, also known as "maximalism." The Dwelling Home incorporated both new construction as well as remodel/renovation, showcasing our product and service talent.

Founded by Ammar Steven Alshash in 2003, Dwelling Designs is a residential and commercial interior design firm as well as a contemporary furniture boutique studio located in the North Loop district of downtown Minneapolis. We are passionate about contemporary, transitional, and modern residential and commercial design. Ammar and his team have provided award-winning interior design services since 2003.
