Home Builders Association

The Home Builders Association (formerly Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead) has served the housing and building industries since 1956. As a nonprofit trade organization affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders, we advocate for safe, attainable housing while supporting members across Cass and Clay counties. Our advocacy efforts influence local, state, and national legislation through strategic engagement with elected officials and public policy committees. We provide members with critical resources including building permit reports, continuing education programs, and specialized industry training to maintain professional excellence. Our workforce development initiatives partner with Home Builders Care Foundation to inspire future industry professionals through educational programs like the Herdina Construction Trades Camp.

Through events such as the annual Red River Valley Home & Garden Show and Parade of Homes, we connect industry professionals with consumers while fostering peer-to-peer networking opportunities.
