This company is absolutely horrible. Man just left my house after a screaming match. Don't walk in my home and have an attitude. Then tell me that I'm no5 doing something and that the a.c. is fine. So people are absolutely stupid and should know how to treat others. Don't ever use them!
We had two bad experiences with them at our old house on Leuty. The guy came out and started replacing parts without even discussing costs and options. When he was done the ticket was almost $500 dollars. He replaced the capacitor and put a hard start kit on. The unit was going out and why I would want to spend $500 is beyond me but he just took it upon himself to start replacing parts without talking to us. I had him take the parts off and still charged close to $200. We use Barts Heating & Cooling. Much more reasonable and fair & honest.
