Dad spent 40+ years in the building material industry, starting as a truck driver out of high school and winding up as VP running the show statewide.
I went in Texas Bright Ideas, and I did not even receive a greeting. I was not wearing nice attire, but that does not mean I am not a paying customer. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They said nothing to me, so I left. It's very sad that people are really worried about how a customer looks.
