In 2009, after 12 years in the Home Building industry, my husband decided it was time to move on. He had always done projects for family & friends, and had built his own home in Arvada. He started doing handyman projects part-time for friends and colleagues for a couple of years until customers were asking him to do larger projects for them. Out of that, 1st Choice Restoration, LLC was born; incorporated and licensed in 2010. We have always made customers our #1 priority, we believe in providing the highest levels of customer service along with high quality, and it has proved to be a very solid foundation since we started our business.
