I wanted to give the bolster pillows a 5-star review. They were beautifully made. But the sleeve-style covers that came with them were not the measurements described online nor did they fit as showed in the images. Instead, they were huge, which causes the pillows to fall out. When I contacted the company, they explained that the sleeves are larger that the appear and as the measurements state because they will shrink when laundered.
I realized the pillows will also shrink should I ever need to wash them, which will put me right back where I am now with the pillows falling out of the sleeves. I'm returning them, and recommend the company be forthcoming with customers. Images should look like the actual product and measurements should match the packaging. This was an expensive lesson; the return shipping with the recommended tracking is half again the cost of the order.
