Our A Brush with Kindness Repair Program are grants to low to moderate-income homeowners who need assistance with repairs that will alleviate health, safety and accessibility issues. Our Repair Program has three components: Home Preservation, Critical Home Repair and Aging in Place. Your costs are a $15.00 application fee, 10 hours of Community Service and a Project Fee equal to 10% of the total project cost. HFHUC will work with you to determine a payment plan for the Project Fee if necessary. If you live in your home for 5 years after the work has been completed and follow all the grant terms, then you will owe nothing.

Habitat for Humanity ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, home accessories, building materials and appliances to the public at a fraction of retail prices. Habitat for Humanity of Utah County owns and operates two ReStore locations in Utah County, and proceeds are used to build homes in the local community. When you donate your gently used items to the ReStore, you're helping us change lives by making home ownership a reality!
