I cannot say enough positive about Sam and his team. Both professional and friendly from beginning to end. Sam came out and did the measurements of our house himself and he techs were on time and efficient with install.

My wife reached out to Sammy's on a Friday evening after a horrible experience with another HVAC contractor. With a wife who was 6 months pregnant and a toddler in a house we were desperate for the job to be completed correctly. Ben and Sam both showed up and quickly went to work. They quoted us a generous price where most contractors would probably smell blood in the water and try to gouge you.
Aside from the work that did, what really struck me was their professionalism and friendliness, even as the job drug on later into the evening and early morning. This crew is extremely busy, but for good reason, contractors like this are a diamond in the rough. I whole heartily recommend this company.

We called Sam when our AC went out during the hottest part of the summer. Since our system was so old, we opted to replace it. In the meantime, however, Sam loaned us the part -- without charging us for his time or the part -- we needed to have it running while we made our decision about which unit to purchase. He came and did a thorough analysis before he wrote up a bid -- including options for various levels of efficiency -- and then spent about an hour with us talking through those options to make sure we were comfortable.
We had several others come and bid and no one's pricing was as fair. When it came time to install the new AC and furnace, Sam and his associate Ben went above and beyond. Our home had some "surprises," and Sam worked hard to make sure our system was properly installed. They worked MAJOR overtime to make sure it was right. We were SO impressed. We'd definitely use them in the future, but considering how careful they were with the install, I doubt we'll need to!

Sammy's saved us! Our AC went out the day before a holiday weekend. No other company was willing to come out until at least Monday. We were beyond impressed with the staff and how helpful and kind they were. I will be sharing our fabulous experience with all our friends and family. Thank you a thousand times over!
