Cape Dreams Building and Design, LLC. is a custom building company located in Orleans and Brewster on Cape Cod. While the majority of our work is focused in the lower Cape area, we work in all areas of the Cape, the Islands, and off-Cape. Cape Dreams Building & Design works closely with our clients and architects to ensure that all of their concerns are met. As a client, having the right plan and doing your homework thoroughly make an enjoyable and successful building project. Plans develop over time, and as one idea is introduced, another follows, and thus, the process lends itself to a finished product.or at least a work in progress.

Cape Dreams Building and Design, LLC. was founded by Paul van Steensel in 2004. Having had the good fortune of working for some of the best builders on Cape Cod for a number of years, he was exposed to many of the intricate facets of the building industry. The company has grown from building decks and replacing windows to building high-end custom homes. The company continues to work with a wide range of clients with projects ranging from small bathroom renovations to some of the most complex custom homes built on the Cape.
