Benchmark Homebuilders is a family owned and operated design/build contracting company. With over fifty years of combined construction workmanship and knowledge both Willy and Joel Watkins serve as capable, hands-on project managers regardless of the projects scope. With our own in-house CAD designer, any dream can be turned into a reality. Together as a team, we are building our reputation one project at a time. Willy has been in the construction field for over 45 years. He has is a consummate craftsman and has worked on countless million dollar homes.
