Chill Out Air Conditioning was started in 2009 by Blaine Hoffman and he continues to own and operate it today. After starting in the HVAC/R trade in 1978, Blaine continued to work for several well known Southern California A/C contractors, as well as hiring on as a union (journeyman level) technician for both the Newport-Mesa and L.A. Unified School Districts. After 30 plus years in the business, he felt that there was a need for an HVAC business that was dedicated to bringing high quality service to both commercial and residential customers at an affordable price.
