In 2009, the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County created their Hall of Fame. Each year, the HBA Board of Directors selects worthy recipients for induction into the Hall of Fame using a selection thorough process. Inductees are announced and recognized at the annual HBA Installation Gala and presented with a medal. Recently our founder, Warren Smith was inducted into the HBA of Raleigh Wake County's 2020 Hall of Fame. Land L of Raleigh was honored by being named Celestial Building Company of the Yearat the North Carolina HBA GALAXY Awards at a gala ceremony at the Omni in downtown Charlotte.

Growing up in a real estate family was just the beginning for President Warren Smith. His father was a builder-developer and his mother was a commercial real estate appraiser in Raleigh. Being born and raised in the Raleigh area gives Warren a unique perspective on our market, as well as a sense of pride in building homes here. He has dedicated himself to this industry, and has served as President of the HBA of Raleigh Wake County. With over a dozen years of experience of building custom homes in the Triangle, L & L of Raleigh has earned a reputation as an award-winning builder of homes of impeccable quality and craftsmanship.

Buyers often asked us to come back after closing to complete a bonus room, or add on to their family room, but until now, we concentrated solely on building new homes. Now, that is changing. We are proud to announce a new division of L and L of Raleigh, a custom remodeling and renovation division to accommodate those homeowner's requests. Jeff Maurer has joined our team, bringing years of experience in renovations to head this new division. You can rest assured that we will put the same care and attention into each remodel that we do into each custom home we build from scratch.
