Reclamation By Design works collaboratively with several qualified architects and design firms which will assist you in turning your vision into the perfect design for your new home. All phases of the construction project are managed by Ron and Pat personally. Along with new materials, at RBD, we also use, efficiently and creatively, already-existing materials as a way to not only limit the amount of resources being used, but also to create houses with special meaning. When building a new home, or adding on to one, most construction companies use vast amounts of new resources, rather than capitalizing on abundant materials that already exist.
We are a custom home builder located in Bluffton, South Carolina. Ron and Patricia Strimpfel have been building in the South Carolina Lowcountry since the early 1980s. Our goal is to provide our clients with a pleasant building experience, at a cost effective price. Ron is a master carpenter and builder with an extensive background and history in the construction business.
