Woodmark Homes president, Steve McDaniel, has over 30 years experience in construction and project management. Steve is a graduate of Purdue University where he studied building design and systems engineering. He has served on the scholarship committee at the local Home Builders Association helping young students find financial assistance for college. Steve and Rachel have 2 children. Each Woodmark home receives personal attention. Your home will be designed in-house, and the designer will personally manage your project in the field.
Woodmark Homes can not only build custom design homes, we can also build your custom design office, warehouse, work shop, whatever you need. The same amount of pride in the detail will be put into a commercial project just the same as it was your home. Your commercial need is unique to you, so we will build what you need in compliance and consideration of the need or use. And just like our residential home builds, we will be transparent in the project planning and costing. This 10,800 sqft facility features 14 bays each with their own garage door and man door entry.
