Our focus is creating a smooth, organized, construction or remodeling experience with quality and value. Our goal is to provide professional customer service, while creating the least possible disruption to our customer's lives, with a project that comes in on time. Projects we focus on include room additions, kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and basement finishing, however we have experience completing projects ranging from new custom homes to everyday handy man projects.

In 1985 David DeWitt Graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, so it was natural to take that teaching certificate and start a construction company a few years later. DS DeWitt Construction was established in 1988. In the beginning Dave worked solo with a philosophy of doing every project the right way; treating people honestly and at a fair price. Word spread that DS DeWitt Construction was a reliable, honest and quality driven company. As the demand for our services grew, help was needed.

It may be time to remodel. Bathroom finishes have come a long way, new finishes are coming out all the time. From high performance showering, to steam showers, to just the convenience of a hand held shower with a built in seat. Bathroom remodeling is a great way to increase the value of your home, along with providing a more pleasant environment.

A room addition may be the best answer. Additions come in all shapes and sizes. Whether adding a sun room, a screen porch or a two story addition, additions can be a great way to provide that extra space to make your home more livable. Don't feel as though you have enough property to add on? We have done several second floor additions, a great way to get that extra room.

A kid's playroom, a teen hang out or a second family room. With proper planning, your basement can provide that 4th bedroom you have needed, or a home office. Done well, a basement renovation can provide a bright, inviting living space while creating a separate space for your growing family. Through use of semi-custom cabinets, granite counter tops, or the latest solid surface materials and cultured quartz, we can create a space were you will enjoy spending time.
