Rick Conrad owner learned the craftsmanship by started in 1976 building custom built homes. We were involved in every aspect of the construction from digging foundations, pouring concrete, framing walls to the finish carpentry work. Then in 1988 moved into commercial projects building office buildings and work areas. By understanding our customer's needs we created great work flow patterns while having a cozy home feel. The employees always enjoyed the work environment that had been created for them.
