Our process makes sure your windows are rehabbed based on how you want your windows to work for you. Call the office to discuss your question regarding your windows. We will talk to you about your options and what your needs and expectations are. We will ask you several questions to see how best to serve you. Through this discussion we will determine what the next steps are and whether an appointment is needed. Within a day of the phone conversation we will email you a 'What to Expect at Our First Meeting' document.

Born and raised in Arcadia, Wisconsin, Kevin left his family's large working dairy farm, moved to the Grand Rapids area in 1980, and started a family. His first jobs were in construction: first framing houses, then pole barn construction, then reconstruction of burned houses, and finally finish trim work. He worked for Koetje Builders for 13 years, primarily as a member of the interior finish crew building custom cabinetry and trimming out entire homes, and for the last few years in customer service.

Original craftsmanship is what makes a historic home stand out from the rest. We specialize in both interior and exterior historic restoration of homes. Midtown Craftsmen specializes in historic restoration contracting and can help you recreate and maintain the wonderful architectural details that characterize your historic home. From estimating through job completion, our clients appreciate that we can take on and manage all the complexities that come with a remodeling project. We have experienced historic restoration contractors on our team and a full service wood shop where we create period cabinetry, mill work, and other trim details to match existing or new styles selected for your new or historic home.
