Building private homes was always the dream of company president, Loren Imhoff. He started toward that goal by working for a small builder in the Middleton area. After a number of years Loren was ready to start his own business. In 1983, Loren Imhoff Homebuilder, Inc. was conceived and has been building quality custom homes, additions and light commercial projects in the Southern Wisconsin area ever since. Our company has been an active member of the Madison Area Builders Association since 1983, participating in many Parade of Homes events since 1985.
