Millsap, Degnan & Associates has been providing quality construction services in the SF Bay Area since the early 1980's. We are a team of over 30 employees including management and administration, building crews, operating engineers and skilled labor. We specialize in Building, Engineering, and Landscape contracting. We have established many co-operative & trusting relationships with local trades people, which allows us to work in concert with our clients to provide comprehensive construction services.

We handle many types of remodeling: changing requirements, modernization, expansion and energy efficiency upgrades. Our process includes a preliminary feasibility evaluation that helps to pair you to one of the many architects, designers and engineers that we work with. Based on the designs and plans produced we can estimate building costs and work with you to make sure the remodel meets your requirements. One of the benefits of using Millsap Degnan Associates is that we have our own heavy equipment and drill rigs for constructing hillside foundations.

Millsap, Degnan & Associates has been involved in landscape projects throughout the Bay Area for many years. Our primary focus has been on the site work and hardscape aspects of these projects. Our in-house excavation and drilling capabilities have provided strong support to controlling difficult site conditions.
