With the extreme Temps right now there are a few things you can do to help yourselves from frozen water lines. Leave doors and cabinets open where there's plumbing to help move warmer air. If you have a cold spot or problem spot get some temporary heat in there to help alleviate the cold. If you have a frozen water pipe get some temporary heat next to it. Hot water pipes typically freeze faster than cold. If you have access to hot water and know where it's frozen you can wrap hot water wet.
