Scammers are coming to Texas by the truck load. Make sure your plumber is a licensed insured plumber from Texas. If someone from out of state works on your plumbing there will be no way to hold them accountable if they do bad work.
Just letting you know if you are in need of a plumber to fix freeze breaks we do have some material. even though there is a severe shortage of plumbing materials. enough to get your water on again if it's off. My customers say the insurance companies are saying that you have to fix the pipes.
